Hwb is the bilingual digital learning platform developed by the Welsh Government for all state schools in Wales. Every learner and teacher is provided with a login to Hwb in order to access the statutory online personalised assessments. There are many other free additional services offered through Hwb which can be used in school and at home, including Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook email), Google G Suite for Education, Encyclopaedia Britannica, Just2easy, Flipgrid, Minecraft: Education Edition and other relevant educational tools and resources.
In order for your child to access these additional services, consent is required and will remain in place whilst your child attends any state school in Wales, unless consent is withdrawn.
